Your day, written up.
Apple Watch · Free beta
Your watch listens. Your iPhone shows you what you said, what landed, and how you came across.
Free while it’s in beta. Needs an iPhone on iOS 18 and an Apple Watch on watchOS 11.
Monday, October 6, 12:30–1:22 PM, 52 min
Lunch with Jane
How you came across
Warm and decisive. You made the calls fast and asked Jane what she needed before handing her the page.
Clarity & concisionWhy?
What slipped
You gave the plan in pieces between other topics, so the dates got lost. Jane asked twice when the draft was due.
Listening & inquiryWhy?
What worked
You asked what was blocking her before giving her the landing page, and moved the date to fit.
Try next
Say the deadline first, then the details.
The watch you already own does the listening. Three steps, and the last one is the only one you’ll notice.
01
Press and hold on the watch. Larkin starts listening and keeps going in the background.
02
Lower your wrist and forget it’s there. Stop whenever you like, from the watch.
03
Each conversation comes back as notes and insights: what you said, what landed, and what to try next.

Week 1
It notices.
A first insight, from one coffee.
Month 1
It checks with you.
You confirm it, and it becomes your focus.
Month 3
It follows up.
The same habit, counted and measured.
Oct 3 · Coffee with Sam
AssertivenessWhy?
What slipped
You softened your ask. You asked Sam for Friday, then added “if that’s okay”.
Oct 11 · Larkin asks
Is this you?
You soften what you want. “Maybe we could”, “if that’s okay”.
Heard 4 times this month.
Not meThat’s me

Say what you want without softening it.

What happens to your voice in the current Watch and iPhone beta.
After the phone imports completed text, it deletes the cloud recording and its local audio copy. Waiting imports and cleanup failures can delay deletion.
Use Stop on the Watch to stop new capture. Previously recorded pieces may still finish processing.
Cloud transfers use HTTPS to encrypt data on the way. Account checks keep other users from reading your transcripts.
What comes next
$129 full price, ships Q1 2027
An Apple Watch on watchOS 11 or later, paired with an iPhone on iOS 18 or later.
Nothing during the beta. When the app becomes a paid membership, everyone who reserved a Founder Edition bracelet keeps it free, for life.
The current Watch beta records while it is running. Audio is removed after delivery and phone import, with delays possible while offline or if cleanup fails. See what happens to the audio.
In the current beta, use Stop on the Watch. This stops new capture; pieces already recorded may still finish processing.
Not while recording. The watch keeps what it recorded until it can deliver it. Your notes and insights then appear on your iPhone.
Tell the people around you before recording, respect their requests to stop, and follow the rules where you are. The app does not determine everyone’s consent or the law for you.
Your account, your days and your insights carry over. The bracelet takes over the listening, and the app stays the same. Reserve one for $10.
Free while it’s in beta. Your invite arrives by email, and your watch does the rest.
